Deep Edge Student Canvas - 38mm Deep - Imperial

Deep Edge Student Imperial Canvases Deep Edge Student Canvases in imperial sizes have a 38mm deep edge. The thicker fir wood stretcher bars are kiln dried and provide a more robust frame than the thinner varieties. The cotton canvas which has a medium grain and an untreated weight of 280gsm is triple primed with primer - which is acid free - resulting in a finished weight of 360gsm. All canvases are neatly stapled at the back allowing for the finished painting to be unframed if required. Four pairs of wooden tightening keys are provided with each canvas and they are suitable to be used with acrylic and oil paints.
