Maritime Canvases by Winsor & Newton - Metric Sizes

Maritime Canvases are made to the same high standard as Winsor and Newton artists' canvas. They have a depth of 21mm and proportions which are suitable for paintings of landscape and panoramic views among many other uses.

The 100% cotton canvas is triple primed firstly with a coat of acid free sizing followed by two layers of a highly pigmented primer to give a balanced level of absorbency and tooth. This results in a superior surface which is suitable for all styles of painting with acrylics, oils, mixed mediums, water mixable oils and alkyd paints.
