Student Canvases - 20mm Deep in Metric Sizes

Student Canvases Student Canvases are our most economical series of stretched canvas. They are built to a very good standard incorporating medium grain canvas which has an unprimed weight of 280gsm which has been prepared with three coats of acid free primer, resulting in a primed weight of 360gsm (12.6 oz). The canvas is hand stretched over a stretcher frame constructed of kiln dried stretcher bars. All canvases in the range are stretched by hand and back stapled providing an even tension and tidy appearance. A set of eight tightening keys is provided with each canvas. Student canvases are well suited for use with all types of oil or acrylic paints as well as alkyd based paints.
